The story of Soupster is one of growth and belief in our own craft. Chef Henri Alén once described the very first Soup restaurant like this: “In the kitchen, cross-kitchen was born – full of soul, rage, and meaning.”
Over 20 years later, that spirit is still very much alive. The passion for trying new things, the courage to break boundaries, and the love for the restaurant industry live on in every dish, every customer interaction, and every shift. What began with a single Soup restaurant has, decades later, grown into 50 different units, events, and catering services – still riding the crest of trends.
