Terms and conditions for other orders:
We prepare the food according to the confirmed menu and number of people. The food is packed in ready-to-serve containers and, if necessary, in thermal boxes, which the customer picks up from the chosen restaurant at the agreed time.
The food will come with utensils for different dishes, and you can also order disposable tableware for serving the food, if desired.
The food can be displayed according to the delivery instructions for up to 4 hours, after which the responsibility for the consumption of the food shifts from the restaurant to the customer.
The order can be canceled free of charge as long as the cancellation is made directly to the restaurant by phone or email at least one week before pickup. If the confirmed order is canceled by the customer 2-5 days before pickup, 50% of the order value will be refunded. Orders canceled 0-2 days before the pickup will be charged in full.
All prices include VAT. If you want to place an order for your company and receive an invoice, please contact the restaurant from which you want to place the order directly.
The information you provide will be stored in our system so that our restaurant’s front-of-house and kitchen staff can use it to prepare your order and so we can contact you about the pickup time. The provided information will never be used for direct marketing without your separate consent, nor will your data be shared with third parties.

The interest-free payment period for consumers is 30 days.
The payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
