We produced Sek&Grey Oy’s 80th anniversary party. We down closed a part of Annankatu street from pedestrians and cars and built an own private festival for the customer. An area closed by fences was built in co-operation with Pågå; we arranged tents, carnival lights, a lounge built of pallets, a bar with all the needed equipment and bartenders, a DJ stage and a canopy. We took care of appropriate permits and licenses from the authorities, e.g. a rescue plan in collaboration with the customer.
LATAAMO EVENT OY
At Hay Day open air summer party produced by Lataamo 130 guests got to enjoy the beautiful nature of Lauttasaari island. Soupster catered a custom-designed combo of different themes, including a ”make your own smoothie” bar, delicious food grilled by our cooks on the spot and a plentiful salad buffet according to the customer’s wishes.
One of the biggest Christmas parties we have organized was for Mehiläinen’s (private provider of health care services) approx. 700 employees at Event Center Telakka. For the event, we prepared cocktail bites as well as arranging bar, flowers, table decorations and lights in accordance with the theme.
We were involved in organizing a stunning party in Kruunuvuori’s old Oil Tank venue. A VIP sauna bus, troubadour, garden games and plentiful food and drinks servings could be found on location at the event. In addition to this furniture was leased and other practical details such as blankets, sanitary facilities and cleaning services were organized.
MiniCooper organized an international event for the launch of their new car model in Finland in the term of a few weeks gala in Kattilahalli. Soupster Creative Catering was in charge of the food and drinks servings and decorations of these sectors for the whole event. Multiple courses long challenging sit down dinners were held which was a true test of cooperation and skills of our chefs’ and waiters’ team working skills.
The Classic Children’s Day Foundation’s Linnanmäki Gala was held in our restaurant Caruzello. Soupster took care of the plentiful and funny food for 430 guests. We built and decorated a few food stands in accordance with the theme. We had a separate decade theme for each on: 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. Mini sesame “ice cream cones” with mozzarella-tomato filling were especially popular among the guests!
